1st General Meeting

Members of the 11th Heilongjiang Challenge have attended the general meeting. In this meeting, members introduced themselves one by one. Project Director gave a brief introduction about the previous challenges and speech from Marco, deputy head, about the details of the projects with his experiences.

 

After that, the date of pre-trip gatherings has been set. Members formed their own team and team heads have been chosen. Each member has joined at least 2 teams.

 

This year’s HLJ Challenge not only has participants from ABA Accountancy, but also ABA International Business Management. 

2nd General Meeting

Date: 22nd December 2018 

Time: 1230 - 1400

Members of HLJ Challenge have attended the general meeting. In this meeting, a team head for field trip has been selected from the members. Project Director showed the details of air tickets and proposed itinerary to provide a brief picture of the challenges.

 

Apart from it, Julian, accompanying teacher, gave members a speech on the details of HLJ Challenge, mentioning the group formation, responsibilities of logistic team, schedule planning for Shanghai and gift preparation for home visit.  

 

All members present signed on the plaster of one of the members’ leg. Members put their unique signatures on it and took photos and selfie while signing. 

3rd General Meeting

Date: 24/12/2019

Time: 10:00-13:00

Venue: AC2 1410

1.    Planning for different teams

 

14 members out of 29 joined the meeting. Different team heads reported their discussion progress.

 

Pre-trip team prepared a series of activities to our members, including dancing and hiking. Home visit team also planned the activities, gift as well as the budget. Ball team planned the general run down of it. Snow sculpture team finalised the moulding . Documentary team decided to use smart phone to take video while website team decided to use wixsite to create a website.

4th General Meeting

Date: 28th December 2018 

Time: 1430 - 1700

Venue: AC2 1301

1. Code of conduct

2. Team report 

 

Members of HLJ Challenge have attended the general meeting. In this meeting, members set the code of conduct and most of the members agreed on it and it would be effective starting from the next day. 

 

Next, team heads of each team came out to report their current progress with brief details to the other members, seek advice from them and Julian, accompanying teacher. Pre-trip team reminded the date, time, place and reminders of the remaining pre-trip activities. 

5th General Meeting

Date: 21/1/2019

Time: 1900 - 23:00

Venue: 2100

 

Agenda

The main purpose of this meeting is a re-union. And we watch the trailer of documentary, which is the first version. Also, all of the participants played game together and through back all our happy memory that we did during the trip.
